I know what it’s like to live in Survival Mode, holding everything together, pushing Emotions down, and getting through the day until one day you realise something has to change.Â
These days, I support women who are feeling overwhelmed or emotionally stuck to Pause, Breathe, and Reconnect with themselves

My work centres on Emotional Awareness and Release.

I draw on my training in Hypnotherapy, Timeline Therapy, Kinesiology, Energy-based Healing to support this process with
Safety, Clarity, and Deep respect for your Emotional experience.
I hold space for you to feel what you’ve been carrying, gently name what’s really happening beneath the surface, and move through what needs to be felt — Safely, Fully, and Without shutting it down.

The Three Turning Points That Changed My Life
Â
Before I stepped fully into healing, I made three decisions that reshaped everything.
My relationship with myself.
My spirit.
My body.
Â
These weren’t small changes. They were acts of courage.
Â
I stopped looking outside myself for love after a lifetime of seeking it elsewhere.
I grounded myself through spiritual practice and meditation, learning how to feel instead of survive.
And I chose weight loss surgery — not as a fix, but as a commitment to care for my body with compassion and respect.

Each decision required honesty.
Each one asked me to listen inward instead of pushing through.
This is where my awakening truly began.
Â
I Didn’t Have the Words — Until I Turned Inward
For a long time, my inner world had no language.
I felt deeply, but I didn’t know how to name what I was carrying.
Turning inward changed that.

Through self-reflection,

intuitive guidance, and

time spent with books that invited honesty rather than fixing,
I began to understand myself in a new way.

I stopped looking outside of myself for love and started listening to what had been waiting to be acknowledged within me.
Â
That’s when things began to shift — not because I tried harder, but because I finally understood what I was feeling.
Stillness Helped Me Listen Again
When everything felt loud and heavy, grounding, meditation, and spiritual practice gave me the space to feel safe in my body again.

It wasn’t about clearing my mind or trying to feel calm.
It was about slowing down enough to feel what was there — and finally hearing myself beneath the noise.
In that stillness, I began to trust my inner world again.
Feeding Myself With Love
After weight loss surgery, I had to learn how to care for my body gently — not punish it.
Â
This wasn’t about restriction or control.
It was about self-respect.
Â
I learned how to nourish myself with compassion, listen to my body instead of overriding it, and build a new relationship with food — and with myself.
Â
This choice became another doorway into healing.
My Journey Home
At 43, everything in my life began to unravel — Emotionally, Physically, and Spiritually.
I felt exhausted, disconnected, and no longer recognised the woman staring back at me.
As I moved through Midlife and Menopause,
everything I had been holding beneath the surface began to rise.
What felt like my world collapsing was actually My Inner World asking to be felt and understood.
What followed was a soul-led journey through Emotional Healing, Trauma Release, Spiritual Awakening, and Self-Love.
Step by step, I learned how to listen inward, Feel what had been held for years, and Rebuild my life from a place of truth and compassion.
Today, I guide other women as they walk their own path home —
